Here’s the Scoop About Your Stay With
Windy Hill Farm & Preserve
The whole place is ours for the weekend!

There is no need to book your stay - in fact, your reservation has already been made.

After submission of your RSVP, please expect an email from Windy Hill containing details regarding your accommodations.

All meals, standard activities, and select drinks are included in your stay.
Standard Activities :
Your stay will include Windy Hill’s ‘standard activities’ that will be available daily.
These include morning stretch & release sessions, hiking, biking, garden tours, archery & axe throwing, scavenger hunts, fishing (TN license recommended), paddle boarding, kayaking.
Premium Activities :
Additional activities require advanced indication of interest and sign-up. These activities can be billed to your room.
Premium Activities include: Bourbon and Wine tasting, In-room Massage, and Five-Stand Sporting Clays.
Five Stand Clay Shooting will be offered daily; however, sign-up is required with Windy Hill Staff.
Dining at Wilder | Chef Ben :
Emphasizing farm-to-table ingredients sourced from the on-site garden and local farmers, Executive Chef, Ben Warwick crafts seasonal menus that celebrate the region's diverse culinary heritage by blending traditional Appalachian flavors with international influences.
Dietary restrictions of all shapes and sizes are ‘no problemo’ and will be accommodated across the weekend.

Make it a road trip!
As you arrive, pull up the drive to the Watch House (on your right, past the garden) & allow the staff to help you unload - hand over your keys and they’ll valet your car!
McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS)
Only a 30 minute drive from Windy Hill Farm !
Obviously, you’re welcome to rent a car; however, we do not foresee you needing the vehicle during the weekend. Instead of spending the money for your rental car to sit in a parking lot, we’d encourage you to use ride-share services to and from the airport (see below).
Ride-share Service
Arrival: Ride-share services should be readily available upon your arrival to TYS.
Departure: Based on the ‘remote’ location of Windy Hill, it is imperative you schedule (and hopefully share) Ubers/Lyfts before you depart.
Need a car during the weekend? There will be plenty of family/friend vehicles on site - we’re certain we can find you one to borrow!

Our Vision
To gather our nearest and dearest people in one location for the duration of the long weekend with zero need or desire to leave the Windy Hill Property. We have lots planned across the weekend, yet have designed time for relaxation, exploration, and catching up.
We request that you arrive Thursday allowing you (& us) time to settle in & enjoy a welcome dinner prior to full days across the weekend. Should a Thursday arrival not be in the cards, we understand and will look forward to welcoming you whenever you can make it.
Please note: Our wedding ceremony will take place early Friday evening.

Seriously.
However, if you need ideas, we’ve got you! It will be hot, and we want our guests to be comfortable, so prioritize that!

Nice/comfortable sundresses, sandals or low block heel (gravel/grass)
